Thank you for shopping with AWAYFROMOBJECT. We want to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. 

If you find that your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the processes as easy and transparent as possible. Retain packaging if you are considering a return. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if there is an issue with your order contact us via email awayfromobject@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. 

Please review the following policy to understand your options and the process for returning items and obtaining refunds. 

• Returns must be received in original condition within 14 days of receipt or date of purchase. 

• Proof of purchase is required for exchange, return or refunds. Original paper receipt, e-receipt, original packing slip, order number is considered as proof of purchase. 

• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Returns are accepted by mail. 

• Returns with a receipt will be refunded in the same form as the original payment was made.

 

Please keep in mind that furniture, originals, and prints are vulnerable.  We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of products due to misuse or damage caused by the customer.

No refunds will be granted after the 14 day period.
